Personal response is very important to have in the answers. EXAMPLES FROM THE FILMS Can talk about theories Essay structure  Introduction -  State what you are going to do . State which films you will be discussing. Explain any key terms. Main body -  Two paragraphs  per film. Relevant points which link to the question. Examples (specific). Try to make the essay flow. Use film terminology. Conclusion -  Summerise the main points in a summative statement linked to your opening section. Look to the future, acknowledge the eternal nature of media analysis. Revisit the question and ensure that you have answered it.

Representation of reality Pulp Fiction

Representation of reality  Using Jean Beaudrillard's theory of representation. Media representation are always only at best a reflection of reality.  Any media representation is  not  the same thing as reality. Stage One - in the early stages of a representation, it is a reflection of reality.   Stage Two - in the next stage of a representation, it masks and perverts reality. Stage Three - in the next stage of a representation, it marks an absence of reality. Stage Four - in the final stages of a representation, it is a bears no resemblance to reality. It has become a simulacrum or hyper reality.
